Users say... "Parking isn't great but if you can get to work a bit early then you don't have to worry about a spot." "Pay is low." "pay is dependent upon taken courses" "Too many to count for starters they pick and choose to be managers in the warehouse there is clearly favoritism and they pretend to be there for you while also gossiping about you behind a purple door, the execs are so far disconnected from anybody who isnt in sales if you even try to speak to these people they look through you, my job in inventory is “entry level” but you are quite LITERALLY hands on with any product in the facility and also have to do other peoples jobs and do it with a smile ive had to take down two desks and assemble one for the CEO (because apparently thats part of INVENTORYS job) they treat us like we are just disposable slaves essentially the pay reeks and is very greedy for a company that makes $100k+ a week, “supervisors” sit down all day and call you and text you while simultaneously telling you to stay off your phone, no respect for the inventory crew AT ALL, the supervisor pretends to be your friend while also telling your personal business to others and also gets coddled i had a work injury and where he got to come in and out of work “to see a chiropractor” for three weeks he told his crew he’d be back but instead went home all day to play video games for instance a week ago he took 3 days off cuz his “ac was broke” then texts our group chat “there with you in spirit” then follows up with a picture of his game monitor playing call of duty while his crew struggled very POOR leadership a monkey could do better." "Work life balance is absolutely horrendous, you will be guilted every second you are there about ensuring you are always thinking about work and how you can better serve PCM."
