Pros

Few good people in the org whom you can approach in case of a problem.

Cons

- ESOPs are a joke - Even though you're given "unlimited" leaves, you're sometimes frowned upon for taking leaves - No real incentive for working hard. Only the top favorite people get good hikes and bonuses. The rest of the people are ignored like third-class citizens - Unrealistic deadlines and work pressure

We are in the process of developing leadership training and there will be training for leaders on how to effectively manage, and build teams and foster culture. We hire external leaders and will continue to assess for internal growth opportunities or hire outside when necessary. Thank you for your open feedback. Pros

- Profitable company and decent compensation and benefits - Unlimited paid leaves and personal days - There are some very supportive and empathetic people

Cons

- Really lack transparency and lot of top down org and product changes. In every squad meeting the roadmap is something else because someone from higher leadership said something. - The managers are also under a lot of stress and are not able to provide any good guidance. Sometimes resulting in anger. - They talk about ownership a lot but you technically don't have ownership of the work you do and there are no systems or processes to support you. You have to figure out all this while following orders on the work. It should be the other way round. The processes and support systems should be maintained by leadership and us subject matter experts can have more breathing room to own and do our work well. My most time should not be spent in trying to understand changing timelines and teams and establishing communication. - While there are some supportive people, nothing really changes in the longer run. I was early very enthusiastic about certain initiatives and thought I had opportunity to work on and improve stuff but it has not been the case. Main concerns have not been addressed even after the 5th re-org in 2 years that I have seen. - Hardly any growth for new people. People who were here a while back climbed a lot and now don't give that support to new people to rise

Pros

Can't think of one from the past 5 minutes of thorough thinking

Cons

- Management is downright rude - People strive to get help and are treated like dirt by long time working employees - Abusive language used in one on ones by senior people - Unlimited leaves policy is a fraud, as they won't give leaves unless allowed by Manager
