Pros
- The management is great, the environment is open-minded. - It's a startup so the team is small enough to not pull your hair out when going trough management. - Accepts remote employees so I can drink my coffee at home while working
Cons
- The salary is less than the average for the USA but it's still good and keep in mind it's a startup at the moment - Some small overtime work sometimes
