Pros

1- The company's director, who also happens to be a talented software engineer, sets a truly impressive work ethic that inspires everyone else to push themselves to the limit. 2- This is no ordinary team - each and every one of your colleagues is a remarkable professional who you will learn from, collaborate with, and admire. 3- You'll be working with the latest, cutting-edge technologies as the director is always striving to adopt the most advanced tools and techniques to make the product the best it can be. 4- The director has full trust in their team and does not believe in micromanagement, giving everyone the freedom to work on their tasks without unnecessary oversight. 5- You'll be given the autonomy and flexibility to unleash your creativity and develop innovative solutions, without anyone dictating how you should code.

Cons

Some clients are really annoying and expect too much!
