Pros

there were some nice staff but they have all left.

Cons

Management are bullies, they don't care about the staff well being at all. Everyone works long hours and no rewards. A lot of good staff has left due to bad management and lack of support.

Pros

Can't think of anything to say here.

Cons

It is a strange, toxic culture. The CFO behaves like the CEO. Overall, the leadership has low people orientation, leadership watch every staff expense hike a hawk. Majority of the staff are operations people managing VOC programs. The partnership with Alida (formally Vision Critical) bought in some energy and new thinking into the company, but that partnership blew up and almost all the good employees from Alida have left. Clients churn every week, there is a lot of stress passed down. Staff are poorly treated, pays were reduced due to COVID-19. Bunch on people laid off in one go in a terrible manner including the CTO . Researchers are not given access to basic analytical apps like SPSS and supporting apps. You end up spending a lot of time on manual processes like data cleaning, stitching up solutions and operations. A depressing environment, where the leadership does not just does not care about staff. Just a select few get special treatment.
