- Below average pay which hurts motivation; a big part of our salaries were also variable pay based on quarterly sales targets (which the company hasn't achieved or exceeded in over a year and a half). Interns were paid minimum wage when I was there! -Low team morale as the company goes through budget cuts and layoffs; budget cuts limited ability for people to get promotions and pay raises in particular. Company vibe unfortunately changed a lot from 2022 to 2023 as the company went from rapidly growing to plateauing to ultimately downsizing. -Lots of gossip / drama / passive aggressive infighting amongst employees, especially Delivery vs Sales and Montreal vs Paris. - The company gives preferential treatment to the Sales team in terms of perks and pay (i.e. sending the Sales team and management on a trip to Mexico weeks after telling many employees they couldn't get pay raises due to budget cuts, after a quarter where the Sales team was only at around 60% of its sales target and a year where they did not acheive their overall sales targets) and it does not sit well with others - Leadership team that is not particularly experienced, especially in the market research field - Company vision seemingly changes every 6 months which means if you are aligned with the company vision upon joining, that might not last. You see a lot of turnover and instability (even at the leadership level) as a result
