Pros

The people are generally nice and the remote work policy is generous.

Cons

If you aren't part of a favored few decision makers, expect lots of top-down management and little creativity or independence in your work, no matter what your job description says. Titles are inflated and don't align with seniority/experience or with employee autonomy.

Pros

Some very dedicated and kind coworkers

Cons

- Too much time and too many resources are spent on dysfunctional systems and processes and not enough on fulfilling actionable steps towards mission of organization. - Staff are stretched far too thin and not rewarded or supported in substantive ways - leadership places is too easily swayed by an old-fashioned and elitist Board of Directors who do not value staff - A willingness to discuss and reckon with DEIJ issues has not transformed into any actionable changes
