Pros
All the normal pros of working a season, lift pass, accommodation, £425 per month. The menu is super easy to do, it's almost embarrassing how much guest pay and that's the type of food we serve.
Cons
Managers were all awful at their job, hardly doing anything and then making out like they worked so hard. Obnoxious and completely detached from what actually should be done in running a chalet. Rarely turned up to meet guests, you had to wonder what they actually did with their time. You will have to walk to and from the shops to buy the weeks food, whilst almost all other companies will do it online and have it delivered to you. They have ridiculous rules about you can't go skiing on food shopping day, not that there are still 5 hours of skiing left to be had that day.
