Cons

Upper management has no idea what they are doing. The people at this company are very cliquey, they LOVE to micromanage, and don't know how to do their job.

Their marketing program has no direction nor proper training. Upper Management (all way in Cali) has no experience in field marketing. Low salary. One title wears way too many hats. Unrealistic expectations. High turnover

Free power crunch bars, and the product is good

- Management gets drunk at marketing events and does not manage event - Promotions given based on appearance - Only 10 days pto a year - Does not pay full time employees well - No organization - Laid off several full time employees for Covid-19, even though they worked from home and company is making more money than ever - They do not care about employees unless you were already BFFs or related to higher up
