      The ONLY pro I can think of is that they allow all the overtime you want

      Cons

      -No where to go -If you are not young or male you get absolutely NO recognition as a valuable asset -Vacation time is ONLY 1 week and insurance is expensive -No sick time -No bonuses -NO work/life balance
