I mostly like and enjoy PowerCred because of its work culture, the team and the hard work we all put to make it a great success. I eagerly wait for our weekly meeting where I get to know about so many new things, our achievements in the previous weeks, challenges and how we are overcoming them. Also I like how we all enjoy and laugh at each other jokes, memes and at Fun Fridays.
Cons
No downside as such But yes, you have to think it as your own company not yourself as an employee of the company, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy here at PowerCred

A diverse and dedicated team that is well-connected despite working remotely. Flat structure and an approachable team.
