No Salary Increments: It's been two years without any raises, which raises concerns about employee motivation. Unfulfilled Promises from the C-Suite: Consistent pattern of unfulfilled promises. Like last year they promised mental health day every month for employees which never saw light of the day.

I think everything is awesome in here except just one thing - which is lack of future career path, which I think will be resolved in years to come, as it is a startup.
