Instant gratification of helping African American and other minority students achieve their dreams, find belief in themselves, and grow!

Cons

Administrators don't care about the professor or students. We are all sheep. They get paid well, make all of the decisions without faculty buy-in, and overwork professors.

driving distance from west - no traffic and making a difference in the lives of students

Cons

Management - HR not well organized - in 2016 assigned HR person did not know the difference in an ORP and TRS. This mistake cost me 2.5 months of access to my TRS retirement. Not acceptable and attempted to place the blame on me. Never acceptable
