Pros
1. The mindset of iterative growth over perfection gives immense freedom to experiment with the least stress. 2. The roadmap of the company is very realistic and dynamic. The majority of the decisions taken are very reasonable. 3. We have an open discussion on better implementation 4. The environment is nurturing and I can go to anyone and ask for help 5. The team informs me of the priority of things beforehand to set the correct mindset and timeline 6. The intention of the company is actually to solve a problem and make the presales job easier with our product 7. Everyone is too passionate to do their job with their full potential
Cons
We're growing at an incredible speed (team + product) and I feel that we should opt for a hybrid work model to help us stay productive and for faster team collaboration and knowledge transfer.

1. My team encourages me to spend time learning and applying my learnings to existing projects. Perfect example of on-the-job-training. 2. More challenges to up-skill myself. 3. Vast learning opportunities as everyone wears multiple hats around the office. 4. Individual creativity is valued by PreSkale.
