Pros

Great benefits and working environment

Cons

Will layoff entire departments on a whim with no warning. They tell you the company is doing great and then proceed to lay off crucial long term employees in a manner that makes no sense.

Thank you for your review. We understand that recent changes can be a challenging and emotional experience and want to assure you that these decisions were not made lightly or on a whim. Our top priority was to provide support and assistance to all affected employees. While never easy, the changes were made with the utmost respect and appreciation for the contributions of all employees. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to inform our future decisions and practices.

Pros

People who don’t have high titles are really nice. PTO is generous. The other thing you might or might not like is that you can be a total failure and do no work and no one will hold you accountable or ask you any question.

Cons

One of the most dysfunctional places I have ever seen. The company is 17 years old and went public on 2017 and yet it has Zero programs in clinical trials. The only program they had in clinic they decided to sell it and stop working on the platform. High management and team directors are very incompetent. Favoritism is a very common theme. In every team you will find one person who gets a promotion every year or even less and others would stay on the same level for 5 or 7 years. There will be directors and senior directors with very few years of experience and they only care about their progress and not about the team. Sometimes you can’t do nothing but open your mouth and laugh not believing the decisions they make or the way they function. Not to mention how many times they would lie to you in your face because they don’t have the courage to explain some decisions.
