      Good to start a career, learn more of process of a product

      Cons

      Low pay, less recognition, weekend works, non technical supervisors, minimal growth, poor quality foods, need to upgrade on new design software tools

      Most the managers don't have any technical knowledge. So basically the engineer can run the whole show.

      Cons

      The pay is very low. And the work load is high.

      A friendly atmosphere among the junior / newcomers

      Cons

      1.No career growth 2. Company has no integrity towards employees 3. Always put you in an situation where you are good but end of the year there is no reward given. 4. No benefits for Engineer level, all benefits goes to AM level & above 5. Even your performance is good but it does not reward you accordingly. 6. Rigid company 7. Very political environment
