Cut the head off the snake and watch how much that actually solves. The President is the single biggest issue that this company is facing. From the constant "Personal Bonuses" that he awards himself, to the belittlement that is guaranteed each and every time you need his approval for something, IT is unanimously known here that the President of PDS is a relic from a bygone era when leading "By Fear" was a commonly practiced tactic and words like Motivation, Inspiration, Empowerment and Appreciation had yet been discovered. FYI- You need his approval to do even the most mundane of tasks.

Expense checks were always late. Threats against anyone asking about status of expense checks. The upper management were always threatening employees daily thru email and sometimes phone calls . One of the newer positive fake reviews states that maybe the employees couldn't handle the high paced work environment and that is the reason for all the negative reviews. That is totally crap. I quit this job as soon as I could because of the negativity and unprofessional management. Everyone you have to deal with within the company was negative from HR, to purchasing, to IT dept, to upper management. It seem like an almost weekly occurrence to receive an email stating that so and so was no longer working at Precision . This is a managed print company. How stressful could it possibly be? If the poor reviews here are from only disgruntled employees then why so many disgruntled employees? Numerous negative reviews indicated a company that has numerous management issues. I am a real person and I was not forced to write this review. I am not disgruntled. I have moved on from this bad experience working at Precision.
