      Good team ethic with a fluid and agile management structure allowing quick transitions and restructuring when needed to match market requirements

      Cons

      Sometimes people get too many chances when the fit isn't probably quite right person wrong time and vice versa

      Nice team, friendly and make you feel welcome

      Cons

      Micromanaging to the extreme Recruiter lied in my interview and said that you get every other Fridays off which never happened Too much software going on and takes out the human element of recruitment Too many processed in place doesn’t allow you to do your job how you want to do it 30 minute lunch break isn’t enough Stuck to your desk all day Feels like a call centre
