Pros

The company accept fresh graduates.

Cons

Racism and favoritism are rampant here! The senior manager’s blatant favoritism toward her favorite employee is impossible to ignore. She’ll completely ignore everyone else when help is needed, but you can count on an immediate response when it comes to her favorite. As a senior manager, it is her responsibility to treat all team members with fairness and respect, but instead, she flaunts her bias. If she wants to show special treatment, she should do it privately, not in front of the whole team. It’s equally evident that non-Chinese employees are treated as second-class citizens here. If you are not Chinese, you should seriously reconsider your position at this company—fair treatment is simply not on the agenda. The senior manager is a micromanaging disaster with zero accountability and total incompetence. She consistently avoids taking responsibility for issues and instead places blame squarely on subordinates. On top of that, she has associates reviewing each other’s work, sending out subpar deliverables to clients, which directly impacts the quality of the output. It’s no surprise clients are voicing complaints about errors—they are a direct result of poor management practices. Compensation here is shockingly low compared to smaller firms, and there are no additional benefits. Salary increments are laughable, providing little incentive for employees to stay long-term. If you’re hoping for any meaningful financial recognition, you’ll be sorely disappointed. You’re better off jumping ship. KPI targets are completely unrealistic. With such limited cases and hours that are barely enough to get anything done, there’s no way to meet these ridiculous expectations. Management can claim all they want about how much they care, but we all know it’s a lie. Their true priority is clear: clients and profit, not the employees who actually do the work.
