Good agency to get recruitment experience

PC are still working like an agency from the 90s and times are changing more than ever, if they don't apart they risk getting left in the dust. The company constantly are looking for KPIs to be hit but recruitment is more than this and this is what forces them a bad reputation. We tried to have many interventions but PC always went back to its same way of working and a very unpredictable management team can make things very stressful.

Was a great place to work to gain experience. They are based in Sevenoaks so only so much you can do, but really know their stuff and able to help you grown your career
Cons
Would be better if they were based in London. But that’s a personal preference
