Pros
One of the rare tech and research-oriented companies in Japan. Good atmosphere among regular employees — no internal competition for resources, which makes collaboration easy and stress-free.
Cons
Internal management has been getting increasingly disorganized. Business value is often overlooked, resulting in many projects failing to launch for years. This has recently led to a noticeable rise in turnover. A good fit if you care mostly about work-life balance and a research-friendly environment, but if you're focused on career growth, you may want to think twice.
