Pros

Competitive salary/benefits and beautiful office. Not many other pros... All that glitters is certainly not gold in this case.

Cons

Lack of communication, extreme lack of diversity, poor work/life balance, unprofessional management. No room for advancement. Volatile CEO.

Pros

nice office, good coffee, fresh fruit, good I.T., good time off

Cons

Worst place. In my dept (Customer Service) I was expected to know all procedures while not being trained on any software, not knowing the people I'd be working for/with, or even the job description and how the product was ordered, sent, invoiced, etc. When I asked for training I was expected to do everything myself (without mistakes), and there would be no "hand-holding (true quote from my boss)." This was 2 weeks into my position. I was never introduced to my group and in 2 weeks I cumulativly spoke to my boss for maybe one hour. She acted annoyed when I asked any questions and I was told that things would only get worse. NO TRAINING although I was told there would be some during my 3RD interview. I have a degree and an excellent work background but this disorganized, chaotic, ridiculous place is shooting itself in the foot.

Pros

Great/competitive benefits and salary; Mid-level and hourly employees are great to work with and are team oriented.

Cons

Upper Mgt is never clear (bordering on deceptive/dishonest) with direction of company; No real, clear business plan within a volatile industry = TROUBLE; Lack structure in procedures and operations; No formal or clear method of training for employees at any level; Lack compliance with various work place and environmental regulations at both the state and federal level.
