Management only out for themselves, will say one thing to your face and ensure the real outcome only suits them, their way or the highway, full of egos, don't respect employees willing to question processes or introduce new ideas, nothing happens unless it's a director's idea or presented as a director's idea, very aggressive tactics towards getting their own way, like to play office politics. Don't work here if you value being treated like an adult or want to voice ideas to make improvements.

My review is for the pension and employee benefits .Senior management not in touch with employees and ignore issues, high turnover of staff , employees leave or sacked on very dubious and not legal grounds. Management come and go as they please, extended breaks,last minute working from home days and frequent trips to the bookies and expect employees to pick up the slack. Managers have no real accountability to senior management . Manager has been seen to shout at staff members. Pass off employees work as there own to clients. Wouldn't recommend this organisation to anyone.
