Pros
There is actually nothing good about working here. Poor work experience. Hardly any opportunity to learn, not even to be trained properly. Management expects you to slave after them. If you do survive, congratulations. You deserve to work at a better place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
Cons
In short, management only knows how to shift the blame to everyone else for their inability to lead. They make A LOT of mistakes themselves but don't tolerate the mistakes of others. They're completely in the dark about how other teams function and what their responsibilities are. Evidence? They've fired 50+ people since they came into existence. Disorganized, chaotic, dishonest, and unprofessional.
