Pros
The owners are serious about the company and aim to bring in competitive products to the market. So it's a rare chance to get fully exposed to branding and product positioning and helping families who really want kids. Work life balance is good as well
Cons
1. Micromanagement from managers who have limited knowledge into your expertises 2. Problems about building a context to grow junior employees. All they do is yelling at you when you make mistakes 3. Wages are constantly below the market as they believe they can always find cheap alternatives to replace you in China

None. Remote work for the 1 qtr that you may be employed.
Cons
Micromanaging x 50, demeaning management team, you will report on your reports and then report on that report. This company is not going anywhere. Do not waste your time. Pat is low and again you will work there for maybe 1 qtr.
