      Entrepreneurial with room to independently manage and define your work. Excellent benefits. Flexibility.

      Cons

      Lack of mentors once you reach a senior level in the firm. Culture which lacks transparency and encourages employee burnout to achieve wide margins. Little oversight for upper management beyond a focus on total revenue, which leads to inconsistent practices, virtually no monitoring of resource/staff capacity, and little respect for management among project teams.

      Long hours Angry Yelling owners Back stabbing theiving coworkers (make sure to lock your desk) They don't pay a living wage They charge you 400 a week for health care, good luck having enough money to visit a doctor
