Great Product, Horrible Management

Pros

Great product and message. The people who come in everyday really look for help and advice in leading a healthier lifestyle and it is nice being able to help them do that.

Cons

Communication is horrible. Time off policy is also horrible. You aren't allowed to be sick or have emergencies. They also don't listen to their employees or seem to even care. Management doesn't listen and is too harsh forcing people to quit.

Pros

Easy work life- not much to do. Not a lot to prep and is a pretty laid back job- it can get busy at times which makes time go by fast.

Cons

Terrible pay. They don't care about their employees. Strict dress code. Seriously awful pay and don't give employees raises. Boring- not a lot to do. Not appreciated by the company at all.

Pros

Individual marketing department is great and works great collaboratively, I believe they could do much more if they had the support of senior management and a clear review process for creatives without projects being constantly sent back/edited.

Cons

I had hope for this company as they claimed to be a progressive “wellness” company, but the HR politics, manipulation, and hypocrisy are what this company is truly ran by. I did not feel valued by this company and was let go without any prior notice or reasoning, despite my hard work. There were no such resources such as proper laptops, technology, and project management. The head of HR, who also holds the position of head of legal, is a ticking time bomb of corruption and abuse. This dangerously flawed dual role allows her to wield unchecked power in many different ways. At one point, employees were told to not talk anymore at their desks, despite wanting a collaborative, friendly culture. Read the past posted reviews of HR corporate culture, this problem keeps getting worse...
