Consistently adding more and more work to people that are already doing jobs of three people and not thinking why things are not done the way they want them to be done. Certainly, do not ask HR questions as that just puts a target on ur head. Also, the anonymous survey for employees they conduct is not anonymous. They will do everything in their power to get u out of the company when ur skills threaten management (meaning u are good at what u do). It is like an abusive relationship. All of the higher up management are in their twenties and have yet to experience real life but love having the power to do as they wish. The highest mortality rate is at these hospitals
