I genuinely can't think of any. You get paid I guess? Not properly but you do get paid. Yeah that's it.

Cons

Pay structure is appalling, no proper training structure, everything is micro managed by people who have no clue what they are doing. Never been spoke to worse in my life. Disgustingly negative culture. Guests aren't important, profit it.

The customers were nice and forgiving

Cons

Management were horrible, sexually harassed majority of waitresses. Don't listen when you say you are understaffed and need support but yet will hold you to unreasonable targets without help or respect.

Good pay, good training, reasonable working hours and opportunity to increase/decrease each week.

Cons

Some employees were very lazy and were never reprimanded for this- all tips are shared out too so they were benefiting even when they weren't working hard.
