NONE... These people are a complete joke.

If you want to stand at a tent and try to sign up people for Verizon cable and internet while working for a few chumps who think they are hot shot entrepreneurs then go for it. It is a multi level sales company that flashes high income potential in your face if you can scam a few others into working under you. The guy that interviewed me thought he was such a slick salesman yet had no self awareness to realize wearing a three-piece suit to a pointless direct to consumer sales job looks ridiculous. I would recommend pan handling under a bridge in Philadelphia before ever working for these idiots.

A lot of the staff is pretty friendly if you make an effort to speak to them outside of work;

Cons

Have to "ask permission" to leave on time (or 20 min "late") "Being sick is a right" and taking sick days leads to suspicion/guilt trips No office culture - headphones aren't allowed, talking about non-work related things is frowned upon, hanging out with coworkers outside of work has to be secretive, no breaks allowed to take care of personal business, etc. Management will often promise things without knowing what is going on creating a lot of unnecessary/unhelpful work "just to show we are working". Hard to break through to management with suggestions to improve general work quality. If any improvements cost money they are unlikely to be approved. Work is either not done quickly enough or not done with enough quality. Will be spoken to nearly weekly with the problems rotating between the two extremes. No reviews/pay raises. Promised to happen yearly but when asked about it is never the right time to discuss it.

None I can find after thinking really hard. Horrible place.

Cons

It is a very very questionable place. I don't even know how they are still surviving with their 1990's practices. Old fashioned and outdated minds and setup. It might soon cripple due freelance market and modern competitors. I would really advise tech people to avoid working for this company and look for better career options unless they cant get any offers from other places.
