Pros
1. Involving employees in most of the discussions. 2. Considering employees view and having open to discuss attitude. 3. Getting better in management and culture wise as company grows. 4. Freedom to try new technologies at work is something that I admire the most. 5. Constructive criticism given helps employee to become better at their job.
Cons
Not much of cons as I see the company is growing better and better, correcting the faults along the way.
