      A leading edge company that gives its executive team full autonomy.

      Cons

      Does not really have their franchisee's best interest at heart. They've also been known to hire and train their replacement personnel prior to terminating the existing person in that role.

      Theres so much to learn about beer.

      Cons

      Management was shady. Sat in the office all day or didnt follow store rules. No follow up. Spoke poorly about staff to other staff. Popularity contest.. not based on performance.
