As blatantly nepotism is openly practiced, Political Correctness is not throughout the organization. Mouth service and promises of a fair, equal and open work environment are continual, however do not exist. I have never seen managers openly disrespect, belittle, mentally abuse and lambaste personnel like it is done by those in charge here. I will say this is the only aspect of the business where exclusivity is not practice all employment levels and roles are subject to the mood swings of the 2nd in command/ owners son. There is not a real HR department and the 1 person designated as HR is related to all the management, so they can operate with no fear of reprisal as compliant levied to "HR" are buried. No pay increase or promotion unless you are family.
