The children and co-workers. Free food is OK.

Cons

If you want to be over work and over looked this is the company for you. The director there has no problems abusing and talking down to her employees. It is not a healthy environment for people who want to be treated with kindness and fairness . Low wages and a abusive boss is what you will receive! :(
