Cons
There is no reason to work at Primus, it is totally fake company with less ethics and professional attitude to deal with Employees. Beware if you're a professional with responsibilities. The management boast a lot about themselves, you will get this benefit, you will get that benefit. But once you join, you meet the ground reality that it is totally different; then what they are boasting. The job security is absolutely nil. I have seen many of my colleagues firing a single day which lead to havoc as i cannot see any of my colleagues left in bay. But again of some left of us; we have to sit unless we have another job at hand, you can imagine the disastrous situation occurring in mind with less reaction to our Management. Every single day you have to plan like its you last day in company and you have to face Human Resource. People may ask whether one can join Primus. I would say if you are a fresher its OK for you as you need to gain market experience but if you're experienced resources trust my words join some place good because job security is an important aspect in life.
