The pay is good for part-time and I never had an issue with fellow co-workers.
Cons
The management team is really just rude. They also, most of the time, come into work almost 30 minutes late without offering time to make up for those minutes in my experience. They've also done stuff like go through our stuff and talk bad about us and it's just a very weird environment.
