      Pros

      I’ve met people here who aren’t just colleagues but have genuinely become friends. There are always nice events, good benefits, and the flexibility of hybrid working. On top of that, the new office is amazing, full of natural light with a lovely kitchen and comfortable spaces to have lunch or just relax.

      Cons

      The pace can be quite fast during peak periods, and while there is a yearly bonus, it is relatively modest.

      Strong Career Progression

      I have worked for Prinova for 5 years, and during that time I have been given amazing progression opportunities. The company values career progression, they have provided support with funding my professional qualifications which I am very grateful for. If you are dedicated and genuinely committed to doing great work, you will go far at Prinova. Additional benefits are great and way beyond what I’ve received at other companies, that applies to all levels of employees too

      The company continues to grow, and with that comes increased demand on employees to keep up with that growth. However, the company is willing to invest in additional resource which is evident by the amount of new opportunities being advertised.

      Pros

      Some good leaders, especially now that Armada Nutrition fully became Prinova. Pay is competitive. On the production side, there are schedules that fit many different life needs.

      Cons

      Benefits costs, especially medical, were not very competitive - a bit pricey.

      Prinova is by far the best company I’ve worked for. The people here are absolutely wonderful – friendly, supportive, and collaborative. The company also offers fantastic benefits, and the events they host are always a lot of fun. It's clear they care about their employees.

      Cons

      It’s a very fast-paced environment, so you need to be flexible and quick to adapt to changes. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, this will be a great fit!
