      You’ve full access to the entire org. Being a startup they understand the necessity of every feedback and suggestions from each department employees and it’s completely transparent.

      - You can actually talk to people here — open communication is real, not just a buzzword - Management genuinely cares about employees’ well-being - The product is growing fast and it’s exciting to be part of that momentum - Lots of fresh initiatives that keep work interesting

      - Could do better at tracking client health to catch churn before it happens - Email support system could use some streamlining
