No Job security!

Pros

Flexible shift, direct contact with the editors for feedbacks. Leaves can be taken easily.

Cons

Despite the work culture being smooth in terms of shifts, writers don't have any security in terms of salary. Writers could be anytime asked to lower their monthly targets, which would also significantly impact their salaries. Just because google and other search engines are relying on AI, writers aren't secured.

Pros

-Editors were friendly and helpful -remote work, flexible hours

Cons

-Hired a bunch of new contractors part time employees right before slow season (summer), then immediately laid them off -They’re a content factory that outsources much of writing overseas, so work tends to be poor quality -low pay to start ($17/hr)
