Pros
Unlike most Memphis security companies Pro-Tech Security treats you like a person and not just a body. You your own schedule if you don't accept a permanent assignment. Great for part-time work.
Cons
Not much room for advancement, No paid vacations.

Generally a good company but unsure on what they want to achieve and where they are heading. and how best to get there. An out standing Managing director who has been misled by other managers.
Cons
Senior Management have lost control of members of staff within the company and need to enforce company policies and procedures.
