      Because it's a startup that is going to make it big. The CEO is a down to earth person. The management are great!

      Nothing. I don't have thing to say about pro.com they are one of the best places I have worked in my 7 years of exp.

      The people and team-cohesion was great. I learned a lot from working there and feel like it was very helpful for me in my career.

      Cons

      It's a tech startup, so you need to be flexible to change and there's not the same stability as there would be at a larger, more established company.
