Pros
This was the best company I have ever worked for. They are the sweetest, most genuine, and kindest people to work with. They truly want you to succeed, are extremely family oriented, and want you to love your job. As someone who was newish in the workforce after graduating, they never made me feel less than others who had worked there much longer than me and were always happy to help/teach me new things. I learned so many new skills and loved my time working here. The only reason I resigned was for personal family reasons and had absolutely nothing to do with the people here or the company itself.
Cons
I do wish that the starting salary was more, however, I understand that I was newish to the workforce.
