Unless you are doing hardware sells, then you need to get out of this company. Very bad at software and services, and stresses only the hardware sales side.

Even though I was salaried, they put me into a contracted position where one must have billable time of 40 hrs per week to continue full employment, so it depended on the client project managers we worked to assign hours for project work to me. Unfortunately at that time, not enough work was available to charge 40 hours. I left for another job. Their vacation and sick leave benefits is not good at all.
