We have recently changed our schedule from a 7-day operation to a 5-day operation in the hopes of improving work-life balance for the team. Work-life balance is a priority for us, and we continue to explore ways to support our employees’ well-being more effectively. In addition, we are committed to maintaining a culture of trust and psychological safety, where people can raise concerns without fear of retaliation and we’re currently hosting a program for each department on psychological safety to reinforce our commitment to this important aspect of our culture.
