As the other former employee said. They really do treat you like slaves. It's basically a FedEx route without the pay. You do have a set route and area but never know what you're going to have to deliver could be a small box, or a mattress for assisted living complex. Or supplies from Ecolab which could be five or six five gallon buckets that weigh 70 lb a peaceDon't forget if you have a Kroger on your route you're expected to pick up all home deliveries and deliver them. If they're not home you have to take the medication back to Kroger. So if you're looking for a delivery job steer clear of Pro-Med

Decent pay if you know how to negotiate.
Cons
Upper management is extremely deceitful. Nothing that they say should ever be trusted. Nepotism is on full display.
