The CEO. Horrible person to work for. Fires / lays people off without notice. Doesn’t care about you as a person and will make sure you’re micromanaged every second of the day. Doesn’t trust you to get your job done and will literally call you dumb in the middle of a meeting. Won’t let you speak or share your input, especially if you’re a woman. ZERO diversity. They fire all the people of color. Everyone is white males or white women who have to cower to the white men. It’s disgusting. Comments about politics are frequently made. There’s tons of favoritism. If you’re not a favorite, expect to be fired. Work from home is non-existent. The CEO is so old school he can’t handle not knowing what his employees are up to every second. He will walk by you / your desk constantly to see if you’re looking at your computer screen. If you’re not looking at your screen, he’s gonna assume you’re not working and will fire you. If you take your phone out to text your kids or help promote a company social media post and he sees you on your phone, you’ll be fired. Just know you’re never going to feel secure in this job. The company doesn’t offer 401k match, even though they’re a 401k company! How sick. Don’t expect to be free to do your work, either. You’ll be in meetings about 90% of your time there, WITH the CEO breathing down your neck and even screaming at you on occasion. :) Good luck!

Employees are sick and tired of micromanagement, a toxic working environment, and a lack of diversity in the workplace. Additionally, the service provided to customers is subpar. Definitely a no-go
