Staff BBQ's, - Flexible working situation, within reason (e.g. if you have appointments and its better to work from home that day, that was generally allowed)
Cons
- Long hours (high work load) - Repetitive Work - 100% In office - Salary (not horrible but could be better) - Lagging behind in adopting tools that support more efficient, modern practices. - A want to align themselves with policies and procedures of larger organizations, but lacking the infrastructure and support to do so. -Slow to change
