I seriously don't know from where one should start with:
-They will sell you rainbows and unicorns during the interviews but the grass is never greener this side.
-There is seriously no future in the org. You can learn about women's health more in deep from credible sources online.
- The company's culture is degrading day by day. Instead of talking to people, understanding what went wrong, the company has hired an outsider to fix the culture.
-You may have your job today at PFH but you don't know if you will have one tomorrow or not. The worst thing is the management is asking people to put their papers just so they can save a bit of severence cash.
- If you dare go against what the upper management's decision is -they will gas light you , give you impossible tasks to complete at a short time period. Will micromanage to such an extent that you will suffocate and ultimately leave.
- The CEO is clueless so is the current management. They let go of some very amazing talent who could salvage the organization from going down the drain. But I am happy for those who left.
-You might be offerd a fancy job title/JD but everything changes once you in the system. They will make you do humiliating work. One day you might do impactful work but the other days you will run very useless errands.
-Their startegies change overnight and there is no decency to communicate with the rest of the team.
- No one cares actually. People are so demotivated seeing firings happening left-right and centre.
-They have a small glass huddle room where the firing happens - everyone can see what is happening inside and its torture to both who is getting fired and the ones who see people getting fired!
-The worst thing : they don't let go people in peace. Even if they fire you, they expect you to do your work until your severnce ends.
