Pros

Free Gym membership at Les Mills.

Cons

Highest Staff turnover, always short staffed, high caseloads, minimal support, online tutorials as training, expected to work outside of your scope of practice, unethical, all staff are Micromanaged from CEO's, pay below market rate, do not care about work life balance/ staff well being.

frontline and support staff are great

Cons

management creates toxic environment for frontline staff. unachievable performance targets, punitive approach to staff experiencing stress under these conditions Company values are great in theory but in practice it's all about the money for proactive

Pros

Some lovely team members Underpinning values would be great if they followed through in practice.

Cons

Low pay, lots of promises with no follow through (car, working from home flexibility etc). Very poor work life balance, frequent calls from management after hours, insanely high case loads, very little training and focus on making profit, not on client and staff well-being.
