Pros

I loved working for Probe. I worked three different contracts in the space of a year. My favourite part was the flexibility to work from home and trade shifts with colleagues. I also had quite a supportive team despite never having met them in person. I learned about the various government departments I worked for, I was encouraged, and there was always something new to develop.

Cons

Unfortunately as I was not in permanent accommodation, I had to leave.

Pros

Depending on the team you are working with, there are a lot of opportunities for growth and experience. Some teams have flexible work hours.

Cons

Pay is terrible and there are very few increments based on tenure. Some of the upper management are inconsiderate of employee needs and do not value their feedback.
